How do I create my first chatbot?
Go to the Templates page (/agents), browse our pre-built bot templates, and click "Deploy" on the one you want. The bot will be created instantly and you can customize it from the Bots page.
How do I embed the chatbot on my website?
On the Bots page, click "Get Embed Code" for your bot. Copy the script snippet and paste it before the closing </body> tag on your website. The chat widget will appear automatically.
How does lead capture work?
Your chatbot can be configured to collect visitor information (name, email, phone) during conversations. These leads appear on your Leads page and can be exported as CSV or sent to your CRM via webhooks.
Can I customize the chatbot appearance?
Yes! You can customize colors, the bot avatar, greeting message, and position of the chat widget. Go to Bots โ select your bot โ Edit Settings to make changes.
How do webhooks work?
Webhooks let you receive real-time notifications when events happen (like new leads). Configure them on the Webhooks page by adding your endpoint URL and selecting which events to subscribe to.
What's included in my plan?
Check your Billing page to see your current plan details including message limits, number of bots allowed, and features available. Upgrade anytime if you need more capacity.
How do I train my bot on custom content?
On the Bots page, click "Training" for your bot. You can add FAQs, upload documents, or paste text that the bot should know about. The AI will use this knowledge to answer questions.
Can I white-label the chatbot?
Yes! The Professional and Scale plans include white-label options. You can remove SellAIBots branding, use your own domain, and fully customize the appearance to match your brand.
How do I view conversation history?
Go to the Conversations page to see all chat transcripts. You can filter by bot, date range, and search within messages. Click on any conversation to expand the full transcript.
What happens if I reach my message limit?
When you approach your limit, you'll receive email notifications. If you exceed your limit, your bots will continue working but new messages won't be processed until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
