Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro or Turnkey at any time. You will only pay the difference in setup fees and your monthly subscription adjusts at your next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What is the 90-day cancellation policy?
Because we invest significant time building and configuring your platform on day one, we ask for a 90-day minimum commitment. After 90 days, you may cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Your setup fee is non-refundable after work begins.
What does "1 vertical" vs "all verticals" mean?
We have 10 industry verticals (Real Estate, IT/MSP, Healthcare, Legal, etc.). Starter lets you choose and serve one industry. Pro unlocks three. Turnkey gives you access to all 10 — ideal for consultants who want to serve multiple markets or test different verticals.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. We handle all technical setup. You focus on sales and client relationships. The platform is designed for consultants, not developers. The Turnkey plan goes even further — we handle your initial launch outreach and lead generation campaigns for you.
Is annual billing available?
Annual billing with a 20% discount is available on request. Contact us after selecting your plan and we will apply the annual rate. This reduces Starter to ~$238/mo, Pro to ~$398/mo, and Turnkey to ~$638/mo.
